Certified translation and interpreting
From Turkish into Romanian. And back again, with the same care.
Civil status documents, court rulings, contracts, technical documentation: translated and signed by a certified translator, notarised in cooperation with a notary’s office and apostilled whenever the document’s journey requires it.
CERTIFIED TRANSLATION · YEMİNLİ TERCÜME01 · Certified translation
What you get, exactly.
A certified translation is a complete translation of your document, made by a translator certified for Turkish, who signs it and takes responsibility for it. Institutions in Romania (town halls, notaries, courts, universities, the General Inspectorate for Immigration) and in Turkey require this type of translation for documents coming from the other country.
- translation of the whole document, including stamps, endorsements and margin notes
- proper names transcribed correctly, exactly as they appear in your documents
- the certified translator’s signature
- in both directions: Turkish → Romanian and Romanian → Turkish
Interpreting
Besides documents, we also provide certified interpreting (Turkish): at the notary, in meetings, in negotiations. In consecutive interpreting, the interpreter listens to what is said, then renders it in the other language, so that each side understands exactly what was said and what they are signing.
Common documents
What people bring us most often.
The list isn’t complete. If your document isn’t here, send us a photo and we’ll tell you how we translate it.
02 · Notarisation, apostille, superlegalisation
After translation, the document still has a journey ahead.
All translated documents can be notarised and apostilled in cooperation with a notary’s office. The next steps depend on the institution where you submit the document and the country where it will be used.
TRANSLATION
Signed
The certified translation, signed by the translator. For some institutions, the journey ends here.
NOTARISATION
At the notary
The notary authenticates the translator’s signature. This is done in cooperation with the notary’s office we work with.
APOSTILLE
The Hague
For public documents used in another state that has signed the Hague Convention, such as Romania and Turkey.
SUPERLEGALISATION
Through the embassy
When the apostille does not apply, the document goes through the ministry and the diplomatic mission (consular legalisation).
Olga Cristina Özarslan is recognised by the Turkish Embassy for legal documents, superlegalisation and apostille.
03 · Construction and architecture
Technical translation by someone who studied architecture.
Romanian–Turkish projects need someone who knows what a beam, a floor slab or a level datum is called in both languages. Olga studied architecture, and it shows in every drawing legend and every site meeting.
- Consecutive interpreting: project meetings, handovers, negotiations, site visits
- Technical reports and specifications
- Drawings, legends, bills of materials
- Construction contracts, bids, correspondence between companies
- Permits and approvals for partners who don’t read Romanian
| Turkish | Romanian | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| temel | fundație | structural drawings, cost estimates |
| kiriş | grindă | structural calculations, details |
| kolon | stâlp | formwork and reinforcement drawings |
| döşeme | planșeu | sections, floor plan |
| kat planı | plan de nivel | architecture |
| yapı ruhsatı | autorizație de construire | building permit file |

04 · Subtitling and adaptation
Eight years of Turkish TV series.
For 8 years, Olga has been translating and adapting the Turkish series broadcast by Kanal D Romania. An on-screen line has limited length and reading time, so the text is shortened, matched to the character’s voice, and keeps the meaning, the humour and the tension of the scene.
The same experience helps with corporate videos, presentations or documentaries that need to reach a Romanian or Turkish audience.

Before you send your document.
Can I send the document as a photo only?
For a quote, yes: a clear photo with the whole document in frame is enough. If the translation needs to be notarised or apostilled, we’ll tell you whether the original document is also needed.
What if I don’t know what the institution requires?
Tell us where you are submitting the document (town hall, notary, university, embassy, court) and we’ll help you find out whether you need only the translation, notarisation, or the apostille as well.
Do you also translate long company documents?
Yes: contracts, articles of incorporation, technical and construction documentation. For these, we agree on the deadline together, depending on the volume.
How do I find out the price?
Send us the document on WhatsApp or fill in the quote form. You get the price and the turnaround time before we start.
Ready to start?
Send a photo of the document.
We reply with the price, the turnaround time and the steps after translation: notarisation, apostille or superlegalisation.
