Lexivo translates documents, contracts and technical files from Turkish into Romanian and back, signed by a certified translator, with notarisation and apostille through a notary’s office. And to people moving from Turkey, we teach Romanian, so they no longer need a translator.
This is what a line translated for the screen looks like. For 8 years, Olga Cristina Özarslan has been translating and adapting Turkish TV series for Kanal D Romania.
Romanian and Turkish share hundreds of words. We translate the rest.
Who translates
At Lexivo, you don’t hand your documents to an anonymous agency. You hand them to a person who lives between the two languages every day: she translates them, signs them and takes responsibility for them.
Olga translates from Turkish into Romanian and from Romanian into Turkish: legal documents, contracts, technical documentation. She is recognised by the Turkish Embassy for legal documents, superlegalisation and apostille, and translated documents can be notarised and apostilled in cooperation with a notary’s office.
She studied architecture, so a technical specification or a conversation on a building site doesn’t faze her. She holds a trainer’s qualification recognised by the Romanian Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education and teaches Romanian to Turkish and English speakers. And for 8 years she has been translating and adapting the Turkish series broadcast by Kanal D Romania.
What we can do for youRecognised for legal documents, superlegalisation and apostille.
Building-site and project vocabulary, in both languages.

Translation and adaptation of the Turkish series on Kanal D Romania.
What we do
From a birth certificate to a site meeting or an episode of a TV series. Choose the chapter that concerns you.
Civil status documents, diplomas, court rulings, powers of attorney, contracts. Translated and signed by a certified translator, from or into Turkish.

The translated document goes on to a notary’s office for notarisation, then for an apostille or superlegalisation, so that it is accepted in Turkey or in Romania.

In meetings, negotiations or visits, the interpreter translates after each speaker, so everyone understands exactly what was said.

Drawings, technical reports, construction contracts, conversations on site. Translated by someone who studied architecture.

For Turkish and English speakers: in groups or one-to-one, for individuals or for a company’s employees.

Driving to Turkey in a company car or a car that belongs to someone else? The power of attorney form, filled in by you or your company, then the translation.

Documents we translate
Some of the documents most often brought to us by people and companies moving between the two countries. Not on the list? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you.
The list is for guidance only. Which documents you need, and in what form, is decided by the institution where you submit them; we help you get there with the right translation.
How we work
Four stops. Some documents stop after the second, others go all the way. We tell you from the start how far yours needs to go.
STEP 01
A clear photo or a scan, on WhatsApp. Tell us which institution you need it for and by when.
STEP 02
The certified translation, from Turkish into Romanian or the other way round, with the translator’s signature.
STEP 03
If the institution requires it, the translation is notarised in cooperation with a notary’s office.
STEP 04
For documents going abroad: an apostille or superlegalisation, as the case may be.
Not sure what to ask for? Send a photo of the document and tell us where you’re submitting it. We’ll take care of the rest.

Two words that scare everyone. The difference, explained without the bureaucratic jargon.
The Hague Convention
A special stamp placed on a public document, confirming that the signature and seal on it are genuine. Any state that has signed the Hague Convention recognises it without further checks.
Through an embassy or consulate
A chain of confirmations a document goes through when the apostille does not apply (consular legalisation): the authority that issued it, the ministry, then the diplomatic mission of the country where it will be used.
Olga Cristina Özarslan is recognised by the Turkish Embassy for legal documents, superlegalisation and apostille. When your document has to go through there, we already know the way.
Construction and architecture
Translation and consecutive interpreting for construction and architecture, by someone who studied architecture. Tap the labels on the drawing.
“A drawing reads the same in any language. The conversation about it doesn’t.”

Subtitling and adaptation
of translating and adapting the Turkish TV series on Kanal D Romania.
A line of dialogue in a series has a second and a half to be read. It has to fit on two lines, sound natural in Romanian and keep everything the character meant to say: the irony, the tenderness, the threat. That is adaptation, not just translation.
A company document, a speech or a video presentation that needs to reach a Romanian or Turkish audience gets the same attention.
The text comes in and goes out with the voice, so you can read it without missing the picture.
Every line is shortened until it fits, without losing its meaning.
Turkish expressions are adapted into their Romanian equivalent, not translated word for word.
